Bach drops in a drinking water bottle

Postby ronen2000 » Sun Aug 09, 2009 11:06 pm

We all know that we need to put 2 drops in a 30ml bottle or in a drinking cup. But what if I want to carry a 300 or 500 or even 1000ml bottle with me, for the whole day? What is the equivalent amount of drops I need to put inside a drinking bottle so I can put the 30ml on the side and drink water along the day?

What you want is for every drink of water you take from the bottle to have at least the equivalent of four drops from a treatment bottle. That way, each time you take a swig, you are taking at least the minimum dose of the remedy.

If you take big enough swigs from the bottle, then, it's probably enough to just put two drops of each remedy into a bottle, even a large 1 litre bottle. But in practice, to be on the safe side, people usually put more drops in. That way even the most minimal toke from the bottle will be at least the minimum dose. You can double the amount of drops, then, to four, or even put more if you aren't sure.

Hope that helps.

I think it is better if every drink of water I take from the bottle to have at least the equivalent of four drops from a treatment bottle. Because a lot of people also said that if you take big enough swigs from the bottle, then, it's probably enough to just put two drops of each remedy into a bottle, even a large 1 litre bottle. But in practice, to be on the safe side, people usually put more drops in, right?

How many drops from a made up mixture bottle should one put into a litre bottle of water if this litre bottle is to be drank throughout the day as the method of taking ones drops?

Is the mixture bottle as effective as taking individual drops from the stock bottles?

Thanks

First question - how many treatment bottle drops in a big bottle of water - depends how much water you will drink at once time.

The minimum standard dose is four treatment bottle drops, four times a day. So you could add sixteen drops to a litre bottle, drink 250mls each time and that's just right... but it's also impossibly precise, so most people will add more drops - in fact most people will add stock remedies to the big bottle and do it that way. Couple of drops of each will be fine, and any decent sized mouthful of water is sure to contain at least a dose.

Re. stock remedies vs. diluted remedies - there is no difference at all in effect as long as you take at least the minimum dose, i.e. four drops from a treatment bottle.
